Are there any home remedies for chalazions?

Warm compresses, time: It must be realized that chalazions are sterile inflammations, not infections. Most will resolve themselves with time and the use of warm compresses at home, which can speed up the resolution. If they do not resolve in a reasonable period of time, or if they are huge, an ophthalmologist may incise and drain them for immediate resolution.

Yes: Yes. Frequent warm compresses and lid scrubs (ocusoft plus works well). If no improvement, go see an eye doctor.

Chalazion treatment: I would try warm compresses followed by ocusoft plus lid scrubs 2-3 times a day. If no improvement, go see an eye doctor.
