Preventative care: I guess we have to ask that of romney.My understanding is that his plan would allow negotiations with the insurance companies to decide what exactly is covered.

We cant say: I guess we have to ask mr romney . He has not shared specifics except that his plan will cover preexisting conditions. The specifics of his plans are few and have changed over time.
