Possibly: Dry eye can be a side-effect of several classes of drugs used to treat high blood pressure. Check with your eye doctor to make sure your eyes are in fact dry. If so, there are treatments for dry eyes. In addition, your medical doctor can usually switch you to a different class of blood pressure meds that do not contribute to dry eyes.
