Yellow dry eyes: I would try frequent artificial tears and increasing water consumption. Some yellowish coloration to the eye can be normal and will not change no matter what you do. If yellow color is worsening or new, you should get your liver function tested.

Maybe tears: There is no medication for this. It also depends on why the eye is yellow. If they are from fleshy growths called pinguecula perhaps cutting down on surrounding redness may make the yellowness less prominent. In that care artificial tears may be helpful. If it is from old blood, it will fade with time. If it is jaundice from liver failure, see your doctor quick!
