Clearing her throat : Sounds more like allergy related. Blisters are usually viral in nature. Does she have any other signs and symptoms? Do supportive treatment, make her comfortable. If condition worsened take her to her pediatrician first thing in the morning unless she is worst tonite, then er or you can call her doctor and get advice from him.

Many conditions: This may be caused by a number of conditions, both infectious and non infectious. If there is a fever, painful swallowing, tender lymph nodes, I would suggest seeing your physician today. Sometimes, there can be a local reaction to a food or drink that is too hot as another possibility.
