No.: Do not take Clotrimazole in pregnancy (class c - animal side-effects noted). I cannot think why anyone would prescribe Clotrimazole in pregnancy - seek a second opinion for your condition. If you are talking about oral fluconazole, it may be taken as a one time 150 mg dose with appropriate counseling (fetal risks exist). Prefer topical treatment for yeast vaginitis!
