Yes: Yes, you can use Canesten Vaginal tablets for yeast infections only if you have been diagnosed by your doctor. If you use during ovulation, it will interfere with the sperm motility and it will make it tougher to get pregnant. Use them after ovulation. It is ok to use it during pregnancy. Prevent these infections by decreasing your sugar intake, keep your vagina dry, eat less bread and pasta.
