Yes: Any time there is oral sex being performed and there are legions (virus and or cold sores) on your female or male genitalia this can be transferred to your mouth and get on the inside.

Herpes: If your partner has herpes type 2 and it is active yes. If your partner has herpes type 1 and it is active the answer is yes. In short you can give and spread or have given to you an active virus. Always protect y ourself from an std or potential std.
