Not important: Fsh/lh ratio changes each day of your cycle; it isn't part of the diagnostic eval. If you have 1) irregular periods and either 2, 3) evidence of high androgens (in serum, or clinically) and/or 'polycystic appearance' of ovaries on ultrasound, then 'yes.' otherwise, no.
