Depends: Depends on the type of anesthetic agents used, your health issues and the procedure performed. Usually after the first day you should have recovered from the anesthesia. See your doctor for an evaluation. You may not be feeling well due to the procedure, your other health issues if any or the medications that you are on.

How long ago: Was your surgery. Twilight anesthesia shouldn't create long term side effects. You should notify your surgeon and, possibly, your anesthesiologist. Maybe it is related to your post op meds or antibiotics?

This is not normal: No anesthesia effects last very long. Please contact your anesthesiologist or surgeon and ask them to evaluate you.
