Give it another day : Assuming that you generally have an approx. 28 day cycle, you may not be sign. Late. A pregnancy test could be run at approx. The time that the menses is late - but most women will occ have a delayed or early menses. Mirena (levonorgestrel) freq. Is associated with irregular cycles though. If you are very concerned, consider doing a preg. Test - at home or at your gyn. Good luck.
