Could be anything: There are any number of things this could be. But, based on your age, it's likely not something worrisome. Possibilities are chest wall, pleurisy (pain in lining of lung), inflammation in your esophagus, or your heart, though a cardiac source is unlikely. If your symptoms persist, go see your physician.
