Dryness or allergies: You may be allergic to something in your home, or have a very dry environment. Try a humidifier, eliminate allergens and if that does not help, see a doctor. Infectious diseases with periodic fevers are a very remote possibility also, if you have travelled a lot or have had unusual exposures.
