my wife had spontaneous pupil dilation in one eye, has lasted several hours, same eye has blurry vision. no other symptons. 48 year old female.?

Evaluate: Although your wife is not having pain, she is having acute symptoms that are concerning. Glaucoma, iritis, or other. I would get things checked.
