Consult your doctor: Rectal bleeding with pelvic pain at age 53 needs to be evaluated and you may need to have a colonoscpy to find the cause of bleeding it can be hemorrhoids, a polyp in the colon, inflammation or cancer.So see your doctor or a gastroenterologist asap.
