Infertility consult!: You need a thorough infertility evaluation. This would include evaluation of: 1. Your cycle and factors that effect ovulation 2. Your uterus with ultrasound 3. A semen analysis of your husband #3 in your case is perhaps the most important. If this is normal, then your doctor should discuss ovulation induction medications which will help to regulate your cycles. Good luck!
