Maybe ringworm: It is difficult to tell from the limited information available in your question, but i suspect a ringworm--similar to one in the picture here. Try otc Lamisil (terbinafine) or itraconazole cream 2-3x for 2-3 wks. If not resolved by then, consult doc for eval for accurate diagnosis. Best of luck to you.
