DPN: It sounds like you have dermatosis papulosa nigra, which is a benign, likely heritable, skin condition seen in up to 30% of blacks in the U.S. The actor morgan freeman has this condition. The lesions tend to progress in size and number with age. Treatment is usually for cosmetic purposes only. Cryotherapy or laser therapy are options. Treatment can worsen the appearance of your face, though.
