I have black spots on my face which took years to grow in size.now they'r all over my face.please advise me on how to treat it befor they grow too big

The lesions tend to progress in size and number with age. Treatment is usually for cosmetic purposes only. Cryotherapy or laser therapy are options. Treatment can worsen the appearance of your face, though.
