Why do i wake up lightheaded? i have undifferentiated connective tissue disease & get flares of this. when a flare occurs, it starts when i wake up.

Maybe not MCTD!: Most patients with mctd have very mild illnesses, quite manageable on plaquenyl and perhaps low dose steroids. You may be having postural hypotension, which is common, but you should see someone in rheumatology when you flare, to see if an abnormailty can be documented!
