RIGHT LOWER ABD. : Appendix and ovarian issues live in the right lower quadrant. Have a checkup and watch for fevers or chills.

Need more info: By whom have you been seen? What specific diagnostic studies have been performed? What was the extent of the physical exam to which you were subjected? The right lower quadrant of the abdomen contains many structures with the potential to produce pain and discomfort. Whether this relates in any way to the "break out" in your face is not clear. Suggest you start with a general internist.
