My sister when to the doctors twice and they did a std test, pelvic exam, vagina swab, ultra sounds, a CT, etc. and it all came back normal. Her symptoms are burning, discomfort, Irritation when peeing, tenderness in lower abdomen, what could it be?
Nerve like pain in tip of penis, abdominal area, occasional itching on sides of penis. No discharge, blood or anything of that sort. Negative for UTI, cytoscopy normal, normal pelvic ultrasound, normal STD testing. Went away came back. HPV related?

Urine tests pos for leukocytes, cultures and catheterized sample and CT scan all neg. Only symptom is some pain in kidney area. Could this be an std?
