Examination needed!: Without an examination, nobody can guess what a pigmented spot near your c-section scar is. Very dark or black is more worrisome than brown or skin color, so go to a dermatologist (or at least your family md) and have this looked at. Excisional biopsy may be recommended to allow pathologist to examine it under a microscope to tell if it is cancer.
