Chin augmentation: Dear rvelezoih, the risks include infection of the implant, some minor bleeding or bruising, movement of the implant, using an implant that is too big or too small, and finally numbness of the chin that is usually temporary. Thankfully, all of these complications are very rare and the results are well worth taking these risks, best regards, nima shemirani.
