If the inner side of my left knee hurt, is this a sign of pateller tendinitis?

It's not likely : The patellar tendon attaches the tip of your kneecap to your leg bone. It's about 1 1/2 inches wide and you can feel it in the front of your knee. Pain on the inside of your knee could be from injury to the joint, a shock absorber called the meniscus, or a ligament called the mcl.
