Depents on site: There are many different sites of gastrointestinal cancers.The commonest is colon cancer, and others are esophagus, stomach, pancreas, liver, gall bladder, rectum the symptoms are related to the site of cancer colon and rectal cancer may present with rectal bleeding as the only symptom other cancers may present with pain in abdomen, weight loss, loss of appetite, black stools, swallowing difficulty, jaundice.

Depends on site: There many sites for GI cancers, these are esophagus presents with difficulty swallowing , stomach with pain, weight loss and black stools, pacreas with pain, jaundice and weight loss, liver with pain, jaundice and weight loss commonest is colon and rectal cancers may present in early stages with rectal bleeding common symptoms are weight loss, pain and change in bowel habits, rectal bleeding/black stool.
