A member asked:

How much can my nose change in appearance after deviated septum surgery?

Shouldn't change: If the operation is limited to the septum the appearance of your nose should not change. In some cases the very tip of the nose may move just a little. In some cases a rhinoplasty is done at the same time with the intent of changing the appearance of the nose.
