What are the medications for pulmonary fibrosis and what are the side effects?

Steroids,immunosupre: The drugs which are used are steroids like Prednisone in high doses, sometimes immunosupresants , responce to treatment is variable and patients requre continuosly oxygen and may need lung transplantation if nothing else works.
