How can you fix an already healed fractured bone?

Yes: I assume you are referring to a fracture that healed in the wrong position. We call this a "mal-union". In other words the fracture healed in a position that may be unacceptable. It can be taken down, repositioned and fixed in a new or perhaps better position.
