Possibly!: Chronic facial pain is commonly due to dysfunction of the jaw but can be referred from the neck region. I do have patients who have benefited by cervical therapy by chiropractor but most of the patients need multidisciplinary treatments including physical medicine (physical therapy or chiropractic treatment).

Maybe: It would depend upon what is causing the pain. Certainly some facial pains have their origin in the upper cervical area. I would expect to get some improvement within the 1st couple of treatments.

Possible: It is possible but a thorough examination should determine the cause of the facial pain and then a treatment plan to alleviate facial pain.

No: Facial nerves , and facial nerves of pain , enter the head and face directly through the skull. They do not pass through the spine except for one branch of the autonomic system which is not involved in pain. It is always seriously risky to allow the deep thrusting so popular with chiropractors to be done on the neck. There are a number of cases of permanent damage from this.
