Laser or injections: You have an option of lasers specific for spider veins or injection of the fine veins with agents which cause the veins to be removed. There is always a possibility of recurrence based on the depth of the viens and their tortuosities.

Laser is best for the smallest spider veins. Sclerotherapy or injections can be sued on small and larger spider veins.
