Epinephrine: You are experiencing an "adrenaline rush", although these symptoms might not be directly chemical. They could be due to heart arrhythmias, such a supraventricular tachycardia. First get your thyroid checked. If ok, see a cardiologist and perhaps you may need an endocrinologist (gland specialist) if nothing else pans out.
