Yes.: Iron should be taken with an acid food to maximize absorption - assuming you really need to be taking iron supplementation. Calcium in dairy products can interfere with iron absorption so should reasonably be separated from iron intake by an hour or so. Again, this really depends upon how much iron you really need to replace. Are you significantly anemic, do you have symptoms, are you bleeding?
