Radha Syed MD,FACOG is a Board Certified Obgyn in Private Practice for the past 31 years in New York.She has specialized in Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery as well as Robotic Surgery.She has a Joint Commission Accredited Office Based Surgical Facility where in the convenient ,safe and friendly atmosphere minor,minimally invasive Gyn procedures including Permanent Contraceptive procedures like Hysteroscopic Sterilization are performed under local anesthesia and intravenous sedation.Endometrial Ablation as an effective substitute for Hysterectomy for heavy and prolonged menstruation is also performed commonly.Additionally Dr Syed is a Cosmetic Surgeon performing Laser(SmartLipo) Assisted Lipolysis,Body Sculpting,Tummy Tuck,Autologous Fat Transfer and other Gyn Cosmetic procedures.Cosmetic Medical services like Laser Facial Skin Rejuvenation,Laser Hair Removal,Botox/Juvederm Fillers,Microderabrasion and Chemical Peels are performed routinely in the privacy and safety of an Accredited Facility.Dr Syed has stopped her Obstetrical career except for confirming and supervising First Trimester of pregnancy in order to give her undivided attention to her patients who require her expertise.Dr Syed teaches residents in University Hospitals,conducts National Teaching Conferences in Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery for the past 15years.She is an active member of AAGL,SLS ,Medical State Society of New York,Richmond County Medical Society .She is a Board Member in the Academy of Medicine of Richmond.She actively pursues Education in the field of Medicine.Patient Safety is the Motto that drives her practice.
