All depends: Sometimes a doctor can get away with cutting a portion of the nail out without anesthesia, sometimes they need to numb you up. Then there is removing portion of the nail and allowing it it grow back or removing it permenately. Also, sometimes a doc may charge for the office visit itself plus the procedure particularly if it's your first visit as they have to get some info on you. 125 - 300 range.

See below: The charged price is the same with or without insurance, although some doctors will give a discount for cash. Price ranges between 250-400 depending where in the country the doctor is.
