Probably Not: Unfortunately, nsaid's like aleve, (naproxen) Ibuprofen and others all can affect your kidney function, can cause high blood presure and interfere with some BP meds. You also have a higher risk of GI complications like ulcers. What you are doing probably isn't a good idea to be done without more definite indications.

Can be: Aleve (naproxen) and other nsaids should not be used on a long term basis as they can be very harsh on the stomach, heart as well as kidneys. Taking it for less than 2-3 months is usually safe.
