Can doctors prescribe medicine over this app?

Telemedicine: Healhtap is a free-public website which allows age-appropriate use, but has a secure-feature to allow patient to communicate privately with a particular physician, who can privately comminicate with you and may prescribe medication for you, especially if you are in the same state/geographic location. Some docs do this, some don't. Finding a good, trusting personal physician is hard. Good luck.
