Yes,: The flupenthixole blocks the dopamine receptor and the Melitracen is a tricyclic antidepressant. I don't use this medication because it has so many contraindications among which are BPH, Narrow angle glaucoma, Parkinson's Disease, Porphyria plus a lot of intolerable side effect. There are so many other other second generation antidepressants with a better side-efect profile.
