Could be an eczema.: It could be from a particular type of eczema (dermatitis)called pompholyx or dishydrotic palmoplantar ecz. Where we don't know the cause . Are you allergic to any particular agent like chemicals, soaps, any agents at work place asit could be an allergic type of exzema- allergic dermatitis/contact dermatitis. Other rare cond. Like pustular dermatitis, some autoimmune dz +. See your dr, can be treated.
