Hand eczema: The most common causes are irritant (too much hand washing) or contact allergy. Pay attention to the type of soap and hand preparation to see it changing the brand would help (no scented, anti-bacterial soap) or gel). If you wash you hands too often, consider wearing a non-latex glove on some of the chores and apply a lotion after washing whenever possible as well as reducing hand washing

Itchy bumps: These itchy bumps may be insect bites or hives. The latter would suggest an allergic reaction. Antihistamine medications like benadryl(causes drowsiness) or claritin(nondrowsy) should relieve itching. If these bumps continue to appear, have them examined by your physician or dermatologist.
