Get a Mammogram: It's hard to determine exact cause. It may be due to your hormonal changes during menopause, or die to large breasts. Besides being examined soon you also need to get a mammogram or even a sonogram to help determine possible causes.

Breast pain: Hopefully u have been getting annual mammograms and seeing your gynecologist or family doctor. If not, please make this a priority.
