No: H pylori is a significant bacteria usually associated with gastritis /stomach ulcers! doubt they cause allergies food or airborne! regards!

No: Food allergy symptoms will not cause an infection. However some symptoms of food allergy and food intolerance overlap with symptoms of an h pylori infection. If you are having gastric symptoms, you should be evaluated by your physician and be referred to a gastroenterology or allergist if needed.
