I have a hump/lump on vertibrea on c4-c7 they say i need a ct scan. what could this be? causes sever pain when it swells and neck contantly hurts.

Lipoma?: Common place for lipomas although they typically do not swell. Could be an inclusion cyst although this should probably be more obvious. Let's see what the ct says.
