No droop lip: The nerve damage after a wisdom tooth is extracted is called a paraesthesia. It could be temporary and healed after several months. However it could be permanent. It usually does not result in droopy lip.

No: The lip will not be paralyzed. However, there is low risk of lower lip numbness or tongue numbness from a wisdom tooth extraction. The sensation usually feels "heavy".
