No: By itself, Prozac (fluoxetine) would not produce a sore throat and tongue. Combining Prozac (fluoxetine) with alcohol or sedating medications could cause slurred speech. See your primary care physician about your sore throat and tongue -- if you have injured them somehow or have an infection, being examined is wise.
