Maybe allergy: You may have an allergy to Prozac (fluoxetine) that could be serious. You should call your doctor immediately, and consider stopping prozac (fluoxetine). However, if you have been on Prozac (fluoxetine) a long time, this is less likely. It could be something else neurologic, rheumatologic or even electrolyte. . If any shortness of breath , or progression of symptoms, you should go to the er.

See your physician: Call 911 and/or go to the er, if you have other symptoms like difficulties breathing, swelling of the tongue and closing of the throat. See your physician. Numbness of the tongue and a sensation of tightening of the gums are onot normal. Also, discuss the Prozac (fluoxetine) with your md.
