I have these moments in whice i completly block and see everything twinkling and it last for a few seconds sometimes minutes, could it be epilepsy?

Episodic events: The fact that you can recall these events in detail make it unlikely that they are seizures. Some may represent a form of migraine. It would be of interest to try to catch one of these events on eeg. If they are frequent enough or can be induced by a specific action, then an eeg can be performed during the event. This would show one way or the other whether they are seizures.
