Neurology: This is relatively rare to begin with. I would go to a neurologist for a eeg (brain wave test) and see if you have any seizure activity.

Rare: "abdominal epilepsy" is actually quite rare. As with any uncommon seizure type, an epilepsy subspecialty neurologist (an "epileptologist") is your best bet.
