Yes: All are okay for use Malathion is theoretically preferable.

Yes: The major risk parameters from absorbed toxins occurs in the first 4 months of a pregnancy. At six months, the baby is far enough along to not be at risk. If these treatments are indicated for the scabies, then by all means apply them.
