Pelvic examination: Since you are having a pap smear you are also getting a pelvic examination. These two things are standard measures to evaluate for the health of your reproductive organs. Imaging studies such as ultrasound or ct scans are not routine tests in screening average risk women.

Routine lab: Tsh, cbc, cmp, vit d. Other tests, labs depending in your health, symptoms (vaginal bleeding, nipple discharge, unsual headaches etc...) , your age (ie, menopausal, or near menopausal), if trying to get pregnant but cannot. Lots of scenarios. Talk to your doctor for advice, that what we do.
