What are the common "dry days" of a cycle when a woman does not produce the cervical mucus needed to get pregnant?

Dry vs. wet: I've not used the term 'dry days' before, maybe it would be helpful to think of the 'wet days' for cervical mucus as starting shortly before ovulation. Cervical mucus is supposed to be thicker/stickier until around ovulation.
